Mindful Yoga organises a ‘Mindfulness Kids Camp’. This is a week long morning program for kids who will go to school after the summer. This program aims to help them adapt a new environment, new friends and have a mindful approach towards the school year. They will be able to stay calm and handle pressure, have more concentration and more focus.
Besides that, it also enables them to understand their physical and mental changes. The program will include yoga, meditation, yoga nidra and activities for them individually and in a team. These skills can be directly applied at or after school when they’re stressed.
